What a fun session! When I did Jordan’s portraits when she was 6 weeks old it was a long session, she just did not want to settle. Now this session was soo different, she was so happy and really didn’t try to get away too much! Isn’t she just adorable….LOVE her beautiful eyes!
I did this session this morning…..and it was fun to get outside for a bit even though it was so hot and muggy. When we first set up this session is was for “C”‘s 4 yr. pics but then it turned into a cousins shoot ……so that is why I am putting a few more pics of “C” in the sneak peek! Ryan came in to the studio today for his 5 yr. portraits. His mom really wanted to remember all the things about him at this age, so she brought along a few things that he is interested in and I thought that was such a great idea. Even the suit was part of it, he loves wearing suits and even asked for one for Christmas….isn’t he so handsome in it.
This shot was at the end of the session and we were all done but he was being goofy and doing a funny walk so I asked him to do it again for me and captured this shot….sooo cute!
Another adorable 7 day old came to visit me at my studio today…..oh how I love newborns! Miss “A” didn’t want to go to sleep for us at first and especially a deep sleep but she finally gave in! I always say to get them in before 2 weeks for their newborn session but I am starting to notice that they are best at about 1 week, with or course a few exceptions of some newborns that suprise me…lol!
Melanie Miller: Absolutely gorgeous pictures. Love her eyes and you captured them so perfectly and clearly! I just finished the loooong newborn shoot. Can't wait for the 1 year old fun followup! Hope it goes this well!
